Whether it’s your primary residence or your vacation home, we take care of the needs of your property while you are away.
Many of our clients own a second or third home, and are away for significant periods of time. We manage your property in your absence and serve as the main point of contact, supervising vendors and services.
If your property is undergoing a renovation and you are not able to be on-site, we serve as the liaison between you and your contractor.
Leadership
Chris Heller, Principal
Wilshire West Advisors was founded by Chris Heller in 2008. Hailing from Chicago, Chris worked for 10 years in property management before he relocated to Los Angeles in 2003 and partnered with a national multi-family real estate owner.
He spent the next 13 years as an asset manager, first working at a billion-dollar real estate firm with over 25,000 multi-unit residential properties across the country. He gained invaluable management experience and spent the next eight years in asset management at a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
Chris went on to launch a proprietary real estate and property management business and has now worked exclusively in Los Angeles for the last 20+ years. With experience in design and construction management, he has renovated a number of homes. He takes pride in building personal relationships with his clients and currently manages residential properties, specializing in second homes, in Venice, Palos Verdes, Beverly Hills, and the South Bay.
Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed California real estate broker.
